Position Summary The Front Desk Office Clerk will provide customer service, process orders, and assist with data entry related to accounting and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience working in a clerical or administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
- Provide customer service support by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry for accounting, production, and manufacturing records
- Maintain organized files, documents, and office records
- Support office operations including scheduling, document preparation, and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with production and accounting teams to ensure accurate information flow
- Assist with additional clerical duties as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications including data entry and office software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with order processing or accounting support is preferred
