Customer Support Representative

Our client, a precision machine shop in Melrose Park, is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative. This position is crucial in handling phone and email communication with customers, submitting and monitoring new orders, communicating with internal production teams, and general office administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role. Experience with customer service in the manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required.
